Restaurant staffers vie for bragging rights in Top Knife competition

The Ann Arbor-based Mainstreet Ventures restaurant group (MSV) believes in the democracy of the kitchen.
It held its annual Top Knife competition at Revolution Grille on Jan. 12, with competitors having earned their places through prior competitions. Each Mainstreet Ventures establishment hosts its own internal cook-off, and the winners then convene for a chance to earn the title of MSV Top Knife.
