Mainstreet Ventures (MSV) owns and operates 21 distinctive eateries in 14 cities in 5 states.  Founded in 1981, Michael C. Gibbons, Dennis Serras and Dieter Boehm joined in a common purpose of developing distinctive upscale fine dining restaurants that stand out in each community for their landmark locations, memorable facilities and exceptional dining experiences.   Since inception, the MSV core mission remains the same; to consistently exceed guest expectations by providing memorable dining experiences in creative and distinctive restaurants.

MSV also seeks to enhance the communities in which each restaurant operates, and cumulatively provides over $50,000 in scholarships to employees annually and contributes over $2,000,000 per year to various local community charities.

Each MSV restaurant is unique from the décor to the menus.  MSV fine dining concepts include seafood, steak, Italian, and American cuisines.    The MSV standard of excellence exemplified at each restaurant is to deliver quality, consistency and enjoyment of each guest’s dining experience.  Each location prepares food from all scratch kitchens and each head chef offers creative features with a focus on seasonal, local produce.

To further enhance the guests dining experience, MSV integrated Imenutech’s Menuvative digital menus into its restaurants which allows for wine pairings, imagery of plate presentations and detailed menu descriptions. MSV was nominated for the National Restaurant Associations’ Operators Innovator Award (2012) in recognition of continued advancement in technology for use of Menuvative.
